Refund and Returns Policy

AM2PM Eyewear Extended Warranty 

The optional AM2PM Eyewear warranty can be purchased with your glasses to safeguard your investment from accidental scratches and damage, as well as protection from normal wear and tear. 

When you purchase the optional AM2PM Eyewear Extended warranty, we will replace your frames and/or lenses one (1) time within a 12-month period from the date of purchase. 

We understand that life happens, and this warranty is designed to cover your eyewear for when accidents occur, including normal wear and tear. This covers parts and labor costs to repair your product in the event it experiences damage, or an accident not covered under any other warranty or service contract. 

What is not covered: 

• Lost or stolen glasses, and any and all pre-existing conditions that occur prior to the effective date of the plan. 
• Unauthorized repairs or modification or alterations, such as not limited to any use of glue, soldering or tape. 
• This plan expires 12 months from the date of purchase and is non-renewable. 

AM 2 PM Eyewear Exchange and Return Policies 

Thank you for trusting us with your eyewear and contacts. All of our products are carefully handled and processed with the utmost care. We hope that you enjoy and love your new purchase and we want you to be completely satisfied with your new eyewear and or contact lenses. 

Every day, life situations or unexpected events may occur that may lead you to not being completely satisfied with your purchase. In the event of that occurrence, please review the warranty and return policies below. 

Return policy 

If for any reason, you were not satisfied with your prescription eyeglasses frames and lenses or contact lenses. You may return them for a refund of 20% restocking fee 30 days of the purchase. 

Return Requirements 

Eyeglasses must be returned in the original packaging and in saleable condition.  Eyeglass lens orders are highly customized and Lens orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed. 

Eyewear Exchange Policy 

• Exchanges for frames are permitted up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Exchanges can be valued up to the same retail price as the original order. If the newly selected frame is priced higher than the original purchase, the customer will be responsible for the difference in price. 
• Exchanges for lenses are permitted up to 30 days from the date of purchase, valued at the same retail price as the original order. In an exchange situation where the customer wants to upgrade lens designs or features, the customer will be responsible for the difference in price. 

If repair or replacement is required (at our discretion) due to any damage or scratches, non-original manufacturer parts may be used for the repair if the manufacturer’s parts aren’t available. For situations where the warranty-covered product cannot be repaired, and the original purchase price or part is no longer available due to the age of the product or discontinuation by the manufacturer, the damaged pair of glasses frame and/or lenses must be presented and exchanged to receive warranty replacements.
